  • you have a guy in the back-round drinking a soda and not wearing a mask...better hope OSHA doesn't see that you could loose your license and have a huge law suit on your hands the rest looks good and makes sense

  • Where in the hell is r-30 good, especially when you are paying the hefty price for foam? Even the super moderate, warm, southern coast recommends a MINIMUM of R-30......are these "cost plus" ??? At I am sure over 100$/sqft, when you use 10-12" walls(icf), you lose about 130sqft of floor, or 13,000$ worth of home? And you pay extra for it!!! Say 7k for ICF, 13k lost sqft, 2k extra for spray foam = AN EXTRA 147$/month on your mortgage, prefer giving the bank 2$ vs. the energy co. 1$ ????
