Secret Chip Shop Batter recipe revealed

Chip shop batter recipe. The Scots, infamous for battering pizzas and mars bars, i thought this recipe had to be pretty good! I tried the recipe and I can say it does not disappoint.

Most chip shop batters are: chip-shop-batter mix + water (^_-).

garlic and abit of mash potato flakes and crunchy bread batter crumbs all do well apparently. hugh fernley whittingstall actually does sonograms to see what the most crunchy batter is.

has to be something acidic, like acetic acid (vinegar in crystals) or even ascorbic acid (vitamin C). probably plus sugar to balance it, and maybe some extra baking soda.

You might want to edit the description of your video. 'Batter ' has two t's. Or it sounds like the second part of masturbator. And Scots has only one t! In fact the second and third sentences make no sense at all.
