The reason there is a trail of destruction where the UN goes is because that is what makes the UN go there. They don't cause it, they try to clean it up. Now, just like any bureaucracy they have their problems, but at least they are trying to make the world better, instead of sitting behind a computer screen sniping at other people's reputations.
