DW Showroom (Candyland III) - August 2011

Kirkee B (a.k.a. Curt Bisquera) and Thomas Lang (a.k.a. The Druminator) bring you "Candyland III". Join them as they tour our jam-packed showroom here at the Workshop in sunny Oxnard, CA. Thomas let's loose his virtuoso style with 10 fresh kits, many of which are new offerings (such as Collector's Series Maple/Mahogany, Performance FinishPly, and PDP American Vintage), and few prototypes we can't talk much about.

It's just over a Half-Hour of DW Bliss, so get comfy, hook up to some good speakers, or plug in your best headphones/earbuds, and enjoy!

what are the hi-hats that were played with the performance series kit

@subZ3roUK It is pretty hard to tell but we are pretty sure they were a Sabian set. Wish we could be more exact with this info but there is so many cymbals that flow through the showroom it is hard to be exact sometimes.

I dunno why a great drum brand like DW after adidng talents like Sharone, Moore, Grohl, Zoro, Bozzio Roddy, Thomas Lang, Laboriel, Scott Travis and Tom Pridgen, decides to add Adam Carson, Atom Willard and Cobus Potgieter,Barker...really...de­cide Dw..do you support virtuosos or Famewhores?..Love your drums but it was painful

@killjoyshidae1208 we really don't do much to "edit" the natural sound of the H4n. A little eq (small boost around 100hz) and some mild compression and that's really it. We prefer to keep the sound as close to what you would hear if you were in the room as possible. Those mics really are amazing. All of the Zoom mics.
