Parents spent their hard earned money on those skateboards and cell phones/iPhones and gave them to their kids because the kids are so respectful to authority and well behaved in public. NOT !!! Obviously the kid with the cam is enciting the crowd to the brink of a riot and could have also been taken into custody. He sure as hell doesn't deserve to have a cell phone/iPhone/camera or skateboard. Little hoodlums that gather into a mob will end up dead or in jail.
