  • Really great stories you guys have.. I'm happy to be able to upload this song for you guys. I always play this for my mom. She has met Fats Domino many times before since we live in Louisiana. She always sings along and dances.. they don't have music like this anymore.. Enjoy everybody!

  • Wish someone could upload "Ain't That A Shame" without it being blocked.

  • This song means so much to me. It reminds of the Christmas when I was a teenager and found a Fats Domino album for my Dad. That was the early 70's and 50's music was hard to find. My Dad grabbed my Mom and they slow danced to "Walking to New Orleans." In 2002, my Dad was in the Emergency room with Pneumonia and not expected to live. I held his hand and sang "Walking to New Orleans." He opened his eyes and looked up at me for what would be the last time.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I am from Louisiana and am currently stationed overseas with my husband who is AF. This song makes me smile and cry at the same time. This song and man means so much more if you call Louisiana home.
