I suspect its either a totally new and still unreleased track or a demo version of 'Wing Body Wing' from the Ringer EP, which is the most similar thing to it I know of but isn't really the same melody and bass line.

Yep, I'm pretty sure it's new. He played quite a lot of new stuff that night and that track's fairly representative. Its got a more clubby 'border community' feel to it.
