Just to point out, the words come from a poem by the same name by e e cummings; Whitacre set the poem to music for voice.

I'm curious about 2:17-2:48, as it sounds like there is one women singing along to the tenor/bass-voice, instead of singing the cluster harmonics with all the other sopranos/altos. Having sung this work myself (2. Bass!), I'm positive that no soprano/alto sings the same as the tenors/basses in that particular part. Unless I am simply mistaking a superb tenor for an alto. :)
Great choir!

Why omit words from the title? :)

Glad to see Chorale has shrunk back to its intended size. I was in it from 97-00. Saw it small and fantastic. Saw them let everyone and their dog in - then it wasn't so fantastic. Looks like Joey's done a good job.
Funny. I happen to be a fan of Whitacre music myself. And here you are, somebody to whom I've never mentioned it, sending it to me via email.
