aikido 5th kyu grading

my 5th kyu aikido grading (28 April 2007) - starts off a little slow with basic ukemi and 'breath' exercises - but ends up a little more upbeat ;)

note June 2009: my video has been blocked because the accompanying soundtrack has been alleged to be a breach of copyrighted material. i've thus used "audioswap" to overlay a new track over the video.

Well done! And...hakama is not a trophy, it's part of a uniform. Sometime people love their hakama more than aikido itself. That's the real shame.

@LullubiKURD mira no se si practicas aikido, por que yo lo hago hace 7 asños, y en la escuela de ho sensei , todos los alumnos usaban hakama, por que el kikogi es considerado, como ropa interior, asi que informate y luego empieza a criticar
