One of the first prominent European jazz musicians, Reinhardt remains one of the most renowned jazz guitarists.
Apparently this version is based on the original song by Fats Waller.

Stephane Grappelli, I suppose. He co-founded the Quintette du Hot Club with Django Reinhardt which was Gypsy Belgian.
