Yes, it is a culture. Gypsies usually only marry other Gypsies, they stay within their own. It's a culture with it's own beliefs, language, traditions - these are Romany (translates into Gypsy) [not romanian]
The ones that travel in caravans are called "Pikeys" these are people in the UK, typically "white" who just feel like they're "Gypsy in Spirit" or some BS, it's not a culture.
The ppl in the vid, do they look like they live in trailers. Nope.
