This patient has developed very thin, avascular filtering blebs from bilateral trabeculectomies with mitomycin performed approximately 4 years earlier. Having already had recurrent bleb infections in one eye and leaking in this eye with hypotony, his blebs have been revised. This is the video from his second eye where I opted to use donor sclera, anchoring it at the limbus, and to run the conjunctival closure for its full length at the limbus with an 8-0 Vicryl suture on a BV needle.
