It cuts through steel... Because its a tool used in modern days to cut strong stuff without making a mess.. exept for water everywhere..
So yeah it can cut almost everything..
So I guess I wont be excited when I see any of the episodes that has something weaker than steel..
This doesnt mean im a hater or a " Troll "
No, I give it thumbs up every time I watch it..
Im just saying try to make more solid stuff :P

How come it doesn't cut through the surface underneath?
TommtheDrummer 7 months ago
@TommtheDrummer - Eventually the waterjet will cut through the surface underneath. The material that is under the iPod is called waterjet brick and is designed to last under such conditions. Over time the waterjet brick and the metal slats will have to be replaced.

@CanWaterCutIt
i want to know, if you guys put the water at the MAX pressure, doesnt the waterjet brick will be cuted?
xXxMartin96xXx 6 months ago
@xXxMartin96xXx - Will the waterjet brick be cut? Yes and no… Waterjet brick is made of durable corrugated polyethylene. The open corrugated design is key as it allows the water’s energy to dissipate quickly. You see when the water steam exits the cut material it fans out, and each corrugated hole on the brick causes more fanning of the steam, weakening its cutting power. Now it’s still powerful enough to damage the waterjet brick but usually not enough to cut through it.

Why is that water so brown and dirty?
ninjaspion 8 months ago
@ninjaspion - The water is mixed with an abrasive called garnet, it has a fine sand-like texture. When the water and abrasive mix the water can turn brown and dirty.
