This was the first anime I ever watched, it was really something else back then, when I didn't know anything about anime, sadly this anime broke my heart with the Kaede scenario, I didn't like Asa at all, she sort of just barged in and wrung Rin from Kaede.

Kaede and Rin would make the perfect couple but the the whole show i was hoping that Rin and Sia would hook up but Asa just came out of no where and took the spotlight

For anyone who wants to know I am a guy and I love this Anime so much.
I was really sad that Kaede couldn't be with Rin.
I mean I like asa but it was obvious that Kaede would be the chosen one.
The producers or the creator wanted someone who was not that predictable.
I mean Asa was hardly in the show, she just use to show up and leave.
Later on she got important.
I love Asa but I honestly felt that Kaede was more deserving to be with Rin.
I felt that Kaede was still suffering inside in the end.

I agree this and clannad change me in ways i never thought anything could and the couple thing i never that it would end with the person it ended with i was shocked

This and Clannad helped me cope through hard times like girl problems and expressing how i felt about them. Last episode of this anime made me break down and i've cried 4 times in clannad and 5 in after story
