Kate's Loss ~ What Hurts The Most

My first AU Movie!!!

Read this before you watch!!!

Kate, Sawyer, and Jack get captured by the Others. Kate is told that if she can convince Jack to do Ben's surgery, then they will let Sawyer live. Jack does the surgery and saves Ben's life, but the Others (being the a-holes they are) kill Sawyer anyway. Jack is then moved to Sawyer's cage. Kate decides that regardless of the risks, she and Jack are going to try to escape. So she climbs out of her cage and breaks open Jack's cage and they run away. (In this case they are on the same island, mostly cause I didn't have a way to make it look like they were on a boat together...lol) They finally make it back to their beach and everyone is happy to see them, but of course they all ask "Where's Sawyer?"

They later have a memorial for Sawyer, led by Jack. The Others disposed of Sawyer's body so they can't burry him, but they leave a cross for him in the graveyard anyway. Kate pretends that she is okay, but she keeps reliving the moments leading up to Sawyer's death and it is literally driving her crazy. Jack tries to comfort Kate (because hello, he's been in love with her for like forever). Kate is reluctant to let Jack help her, but then she does and she "accidentally" kisses him. She thinks that she is not ready to let him into her heart and tries to take back the kiss, but Jack lets it be known that he cares about her a lot and doesn't think the kiss was a mistake. Kate then has to decide if she is ready to let Sawyer go and move on with her life.

This is one of two versions to this video. Both are exactly the same except they have different songs. This one is What Hurts The Most by Rascal Flatts.

OMG that almost made me cry! YIKES! The thought of Sawyer dead... NO WAY! *Heart breaks* I think they should be together, Jack is great... but they don't work the way Sawyer and Kate did.

Aww, I love AU! Especially when Kate loves Sawyer. I just made one kinda like this where Sawyer dies, wtih the 'Simple Plan' song 'Untitled' and it worked really well, but I like yours better.
