We spend most of our time on Kihon waza and Gensouku. We Have RBT and tactical training sessions at the dojo.

Do you train in anything besides Kihon Waza? I never trained in Hakko Ryu, but I heard that they trained exclusivly in two person katas. Do you practice in Henka or Randori? I'm just curious.

we train waza as our core but some henka and oyo as well. The applications are oyo which is much like randori. I like to use randori with the kids a lot. They like it too.

I believe kokodo and aikido came from the same root. Nice style & perfect control.. Respect!

I remember meeting Seamark Sensei many years ago. His practice was good and he was a very kind person.
