I put characters like ä æ ï ö and é in my character names all the time. try downloading up to date character lists so your shit computer can display them and play the game at max settings.
someone that uses a bot: does not invite to group as they want all loot and xp to themselves, will try to avoid other players, will log out if followed for extensive periods of time.

I have played both alli and horde and I can tell you that the average age for alli is lower, it is to be expected though, alli has the more kid friendly races, however, not all of them are 12 year olds :)
