This in my opinion is 1 of the best tries in rugby history due to the sped and skill of the players, but add to that the fact its from Japan, and even better than that was it was against the Welsh. You couldn't get more perfect.

What a play! To get the ball all the way to the other end of the pitch and score the try that fluidly is something *every* team wishes they could do.

Class try - was there that day, could have shot Mike Phillips, where the hell did he disappear to? Still one of the tries of the tournament, nice to see Japan showing some class. Next RWC should have been in Japan not New Zealand.

I remember watching this in a pub on holiday in Spain. All us English were going crazy with joy when Japan scored this. We all wanted them to win the match.

Now now SMoneyGat ;-) Japan did deserve to win based on the quality of their rugby. I want the northern hemisphere teams to support each other against the southern hemisphere teams. The real enemy here surely! As a Welshman I hope England beat New Zealand on the 21st. Good luck.

Cheers guys, it was sheer luck that I switched on the camera at that point. Unbeknowst to me Japan were about to score a mesmerising try. Nice one Cherry Blossoms.
