  • @flowlykliquid I didn't make them. Just pick them up from a Home Depot type store. They are just flanges with a 2" hole. YOu only have to bolt them to the tire rims. I think they cost me like $7 total.

  • Cool, My sound isnt working so im not sure if you said it or not but are they the same size (height) as olympic plates? What does that weight

  • @Morthica pretty much. The point of them is they bounce and you can drop them. These tires weigh 30lbs. they are the spares from cars.

  • @Morthica you can also Add smaller 10s to add more weight...Or even a 25lb plate...But if you add a real 45lb plate the 45 will hit before the tire will

  • Hey guys I have all the solid bumpers about 12,000+ lbs of weights for olympic style weightlifting snatchand c/j platforms and plenty of coaches 20 railroad ave colonie ny 12205 open 330 to 715 mon - fri and then on sunday 10 to 2ish. Come on in and talk to Keith he just won the Nationals!!!! 85k class he did 100kilo snatch and 120 c/j.
