what with saying goodbye like 10 times everytime you get a package

whats with the dialogue cutoff mid sentence from postal lady

why is the character angry about receiving free packages?? is it because they are clearly empty boxes??judging by the sounds and the way the character holds them eg. plasma screen tv with one hand above head.
