Overtones in the livingroom

Am unusual 'tibetan bowl', that used to be a lamp found on the street, becomes my 'homesound' for singing harmonics. This was recorded in the livingroom of my parents in France.

It comes by itself when you start singing without wanting to know what comes out when you open your mouth :)

It's a very inspirational type of singing, overtone singing.

Igor is that some sort of wind instrument that is played along with your voice ? It can't be possible that you can do a high tone and a low at the same time ???

and yes, that whistle is in my voice, that's why it's called overtone singing, you're hearing the harmonics :)

no instruments, all done by isolating the harmonic overtone in the voice. There is a concert in Bantry on the 20th August. Mike
