@smartbro678 maybe , generally intel processors are really good overclockers... i think it should be fine if you raise the voltage of the processor , just keep an eye at the temps

@darksonicma can my 6300 core2 duo handle that overclock tp 3.0ghz?

@smartbro678 maybe to something close to 2.5 ghz will be safe and if you want to push it , you can try something close to 3.0ghz

@smartbro678 yeah , and also , that gpu maybe is a bottleneck for dual core cpu's , anyway , you should think of overclocking you cpu...

@smartbro678 maybe... but you will not run as good , the game is gpu hungry , when i changed the cpu i did not gain a single fps , you need to overclock that gpu

8400gs 512mb (not overclocked)
2gb ram
windows xp sp3 32 bit

@smartbro678 ok , celeron D 430 @ 2,40ghz(now i got a dual core e5200) , 1gb 667mhz ram , ECS 8400gs overclocked , and windows xp ( wich i tweaked the registry , services , etc )

whats your pc specs in this settings with 8400gs?
its really good when you play it on very low settings.....

@hardstreert018 better when i didn't play with fraps on , anyway i don't have this video card anymore
