Pheobe and Rachel know, but Monica/Chandler don't know they know...
So they take advantage.

okay to be honest...
I highly doubt they'll make a Friends movie.
They ended the show in a way where making a movie would really be highly unnecessary.
The chances of it seem very low...
Also, I don't think many people would even think about watching it...
10 years of airing is good for a real life sitcom.
