I got close to filing the UCC paperwork, but then I thought...

Why would a true sovereign need to use government-created paperwork to claim his own natural born rights? And isn't paper just paper?

Due to my own experience in courts, the judges tend to pay MORE attention to what you're doing in the preSENT, as opposed to any pieces of paper that were written in the past.

I strongly suspect that the "UCC method" is just raising a red flag.

Lol... he was testing you. Lesson learned. Next time one of these so called authoritarians decides to lord their "laws" over you you simply ask for their credentials i.e. oath of office, writ of commission. Oh and take copies of said material in with you just in case they refuse to tell the truth. As Mark would say "hit em with their own bat". They can't argue against their own rules and would sooner run out of court than admit to comitting fraud.

I have minimal experience with this subject in "America"; but unfortunately due to my relative newness to this sort of material I was beaten down by the court... And forced through coercion to comply with the foreign owned corporation; because they basically were going to have me sit in their jail till I complied; and of course this gets to be a bit disrupting to one's life...

The judge actually told to me that he had jurisdiction over me, because he said he did...
