A very lightly edited piece showing a small section of my lengthy interview with Senator David Norris. It covers some of his experiences of coming out, not all, you'll have to wait for the Documentary for that. Thank you for your interest, do rate, do comment. Negative comments will be removed. Thanks again. Edward Mark Fitzgerald.

  • @1982beast1971 I mean peoples rights in general, he has spoken out and for the rights of the travelling community also as well as various other causes, and as far as I know... gays fall under the human category ;) Thanks for the comment though ;)

  • @edward982 you are one hundredh per cent right

  • @LarryFogarty go talk to Gay Mitchell about letter writing. I believe it's more criminal to write a letter to ask for leniency for a rapist who had not only stabbed his victim five times but continued to molest them throughout the course of it than it is to write for leniency regarding STATUTORY rape. What protection did victim of the aforementioned rape get... then again tis better hang a queer for something statutory than hang a straight man for rape or murder... such is the country we live in

  • @blingwood4 i am i right in thinking you are gay..an that is not my issue...yes and no doubt he done a lot for you......and tell me what i said was offensive.please

  • @LarryFogarty You would realise how up front and offensive your words are. I am not naive, just hopeful that one day Senator Norris and his likes will be properly recognised by the nation for having given up private lives, personal ambitions and for not having taken the path of least resistance. It is deeply offensive that the man who made it possible for me to grow up in Ireland as an equal human to my brother is being shown such disrespect.

  • @blingwood4 whats the liveing the past bit,explain....?...and you have my first name....or are you just ignorant....and whos offending any one...am i not entitled to my view...and are you so naieve to think u will change my view...by meeting you?......

  • @LarryFogarty woah. Living in the past there, Fogarty. I'll tell you what, why don't you and I have a chat hey? See how opinionated and confident you are when there isn't a computer and a million miles between you and the person you are directly offending. Take a lesson in common sense, you have the common bit sorted at least.

  • @martystuart1000 lol yeh oscar wilde was irish :D

  • @LarryFogarty Yes 100%, I'm not a flake, I stand by my word.
