look like the 1911 joined the rest of modern america by becoming obese. With $500 you could buy a plr-16 and keep your 1911 as a back up.

Can't find it in North America. Lan World inc. has nothing in stock. They charge your card for the product but never ship it, keep telling lies to people. Fraud!!! stay away...

once this is on your .45 is it a pain in the ass to take off like if i was at teh range would it be easy to remove and use just the pistol?

@dragonflammable ...the normal one, no. Its only removing the screws from the grip and slide it out, thats it. The 16" version requires the opening of the housing which might take 3-5 minutes.
