Was that improvised? It was, at least to my ears. Lovely, lovely playing. No offense to the judges, as everyone has a different taste, but your entry would have gotten the first place. Great phrasing, vibrato, technique and feel. Well done!

BTW the sound is really easy to get, its just the guitar, Visa Distortion (NXGneration pedals), Engl Thunder on the clean channel and ,some delay from the small mixer I use at home
