Epic Music Mix Of Majesty IV - Thomas Bergersen

At long last it had been found. They had journeyed so far, to many distant, forgotten lands, only to perish slowly one by one until only one member of the original twenty remained. The portal they sought out to find was in sight, only one short climb away. The losses would not matter once the portal was reached; the fallen shall not have fallen in vain. She had suffered through the unbelievers' ridicule, the haunting memories of her dead friends, and the unfathomable depletion of her strength. Indeed, she had sacrificed everything to make it this far. None of that mattered now, though, for she could see the portal! Thank the heavens, it was finally found!

The other side of the portal was said to contain the mysteries of the universe, the key to unlocking the fullness of human potential, a joy only those who entered could find. Only a few more feet to climb. . .

As she reached the top of the plateau, she gazed at the elegance of the portal's creation. It shimmered with beauty. Every legend she heard of the portal had proven to be true. They must be true! She could almost feel its power drawing her closer . . . closer. A torrent of emotions pummeled her over and over. As she inched closer, tears of joy streamed down her face—tears for her loved ones that were lost, tears for finally reaching this moment, tears of exhaustion, tears of elation. After one final deep breath, she reached out her hand and took the final step toward the portal. . .

And the portal vanished. It was only an illusion. . .

God, Merchant Prince is just too perfect to exist on this world. Aura is such an inspirational piece to me; I feel so attached to it. Promise is so invigorating; Dream Maker almost surreal. Ocean Princess... ah screw it, they're all so good. Thomas Bergersen is simply impeccable.
