After Katie gets trashed at a club, drives home drunk, and totals her car, she finds herself in Hell.
She gets a dose of this Hell by being stuck in a wheelchair, which represents incapacitation. While trying to escape, Katie flips over and bangs her head, knocking her out.
Katie later wakes up in a car. A strange crazy neurotic drunk woman appears, and instructs Katie that she must complete this one and only road test. She says the test is practically impossible, but will Katie pass, or will she fail and remain in Hell for all of eternity.
