I think it's quite simple to follow, really, but here's the plot:

Together and very much in love, Randy liked to think that he and Mickie ruled over Raw with their championships proudly on their shoulders. But when Mickie loses her title to Jillian, Randy makes the conscious decision to break-up with his girlfriend, afraid that her loss will damage his reputation.
Soon after ending things with her though, Randy realizes that he can't be without her, but Mickie isn't as ready to forgive and forget like he is, no matter how much she loves him.
Will they be able to make things right again?
