Whitney Houston Leaves Fans Angry During Australian Tour! (Houston We Have A Problem)

The 46-year-old actress and singer struggled through the opening night of her first Australian tour since 1988.

Houston got through two songs at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Monday night before appearing breathless and exhausted, and frequently coughed through songs.

Posting an internet comment after the concert, one audience member, Trista, wrote: "She barely finished any of her songs and talked more than she sang while trying to catch a breath, as well as stopping in the middle of her songs to get a towel, reapply makeup.

"I've never seen so many people walk out and be disappointed."

Another concert goer said: "Surely there must be grounds for a refund."

I went to that concert in Brisbane and although Whitney couldn't get the notes anymore I was still excited to just BE at her concert after following her career for 20 years through the ups AND downs, That's what REAL FANS do. I am so happy I went now and I did NOT walk out of her concert early, I stayed for ever second. She was and always will be a part of musical history and I for one am blessed to have been to a Whitney Houston LIVE concert and to have witnessed a part of that magic.

I can bet whomever attended that concert now are digging deep into their closets to find the concert ticket just to say ' i was there'. There were lucky enough to even hear a single note from her......she was an amazing singer who fell into a deep hole. She tried. A true fan would be crying for her, not dissing her out.

let's be honest, that performance was not good, and the fans who paid had every right to be ticked off. it doesn't take away from her legacy of the best voice ever, however. just shows what a troubled life can cause....proof that a God given voice can never be taken for granted.

@Herculeon Thats what im talking about!!!!!she gave us so much and so many good emotions with her songs,VOICE and just with her us a person. I felt sorry she was loosing it but later 2011-2012 she was coming back with the voice. If you are a true Whitney fan, you would have stayed & would have enjoyed being in her presence. you would know that everybody has their good & bad days.
