  • @clpsw7 actually you do unless you want to pay more in an ailing economy.

  • but united states needed to keep cleaned central america out the communists !! that is the way usa works always looking after advantage !! we dont want any northamericas in southamerica neither!! southamerica will keep going up without usa!! we have china, rusia, and all european community to trade anything we want!!

  • As well as collaboration with its neighboring countries for natural resources.. Its biggest thorn is CORRUPTION in Lima and bad exploitive deals with the nations who dont have Peru's best interests at heart..

  • someone didn't do their homework, Peru has been growing the last 8 years at between 6-9% and in 2008 reached Investment Grade by Standard & Poor's , Fitch, very inaccurate reporting....

  • i just finished reading article after article on how well the Peruvian economy is and about the free trade agreement protests. Where the hell did this report come from???

  • Unless Peru drives the impulse of its economy to the service sector and away from commodities, it will be unstable. To do so, it must revampt its educational sys., telecommunications, and import foreign technology. Historically, Peruvians have proved to be smart and enterprising(think Inca Empire), and I am sure they will pull it off again. They must allow Indian participation and stop allowing poverty work for populist ideologies. They should focus on the food industry due to climate/location.

  • Peru's "Struggling Economy" - I had not noticed it was struggling, and neither did top economists such as Hernando De Soto, S&P, JP MOrgan Chace, Bloomberg - the list is endless. And as for unstable economy - What the hell is this lady rambling on about.

    Yasmin VassBullshit.

Peru's economy has been strong secure and stable for the last 8 years.

  • peru's economy is actually getting beter and beter. i don't know what peru is exporting but it has to be good if there economy is getting beter. peru is also develpoing fast

  • You have got to be kidding me!!! I know when it comes to my job and my shitty old car, people all over the world are eager to take it away and subdivided it. My president Bush is a freaken traitor. I hope one day he gets to work at a factory in Peru.

  • What about jobs for our ailing economy? bush is working hard to fuck the United States again and help his big business butt buddies.

we don't need any peruvian made shit.
