  • Overeating makes you fat. To sustain a certain weight, whatever that may be you have to eat x number of calories, and above your calorie intake, in order to continue gaining weight. I grew up poor, and we ate cheap foods(spam, pototoes, potted meat), I was l little over weight, but not obese. It wasn't due to cheap foods but for emotional eating. Now I am the fittest that I have ever been. You can still get fat from eating healthy foods, buy eating more than you need to eat.

  • ...The guy said he gives us an 'F' when it comes to obesity...but technically we get and 'A' in obesity and an 'F' in health...

  • Its a nice relationship - fast food and the news.

But if you wanna stop fast food, you gotta take down powerful companies. To win this war, you have to believe that the way people are are not because of their own fault. That is a difficult pill to swallow in American politics.

  • should be called fat food, not fast food.

  • Who eats fast food anyway?

  • ban all the fast food shops that's it

  • Stop fast food. Thats it.
