I'm working on not just getting up to the 48 kg. in the pistol, but making sure I'll be deep enough to pass the Beast Challenge

just another inch lower Jordan. the hamstring and calf have to touch and it looks like yours almost does but there is still room for interpretation.
i find its helpful for me to do a bounce off the bottom (still legal) for that elastic rebound effect
have you tried it in the "rack"?
