A video slideshow of just a few pictures from throughout the life of Bob Holmes.
If you are wondering, "What the hell is with that song?!"
It was his favorite song and we thought if fit well...
I have re-uploaded the video to this URL:

After some insight from friends and family I needed to add a few extra slides...

This is a moving and wonderful slide show. I remember Uncle Bob from when the family lived in Denver, and am very sad to hear about his passing. I wish I had the chance to know him more as I grew up; everything about him seemed honorable, loving, and strong, and I give my sincerest condolences and prayers to the family.

What a lovely and moving tribute! Chief Holmes hired me twice at Englewood PD. He was a decent, decent man. Donna Wood (Snow)

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Bob Holmes when he was Chief of Rutland PD. He was a kind and gentle man who treated his employees with respect. It's obvious from viewing the video that he had the love and respect of his family as well as everyone that ever worked under him. The video made me cry in its simplicity and beauty. It was a moving tribute to a wonderful man.
