My reactions:
a whistle- "oh! (blush) heheh..."
"I want a piece of that"- "(smile flirtily) haha (blush) thanks"
"d*mn..."- "(walk his way) (blush) hey"
Now if it was randomly pushing me against a wall or grabbing my boobs or slapping my rear that's different. But words actually are flattering to me!

"Damn girl you are so hot and sexy, look at that Ass!" "Mmm mmm girl you have got to let me buy you some drinks later after work". said with a smile and 4 feet away from the female.
If said by a wealthy male celebrity? shes in love.
If said by a confident handsome man? shes flattered.
If said by a man she neither finds attractive nor confident nor wealthy? shes offended and threatened and may charge him with sexual harassment.
If said by her Boss? she will sue the company for money.

all women don't react like in that stupid video. it's an overexageration. and if a woman is REALLY having problems with getting remarks from guys, then don't dress up to get attention. a.k.a. don't be an attention whore. it's videos like this that make men paranoid talking to women in the first place in an honest way.

The one that looked the most painful was the guy who whistled. But what's wrong with somebody whistling at you? I think I would feel flattered if somebody did that, I wouldn't feel like they just slapped me in the face xD

Remember, it is only harassment if you are not hot.
If some bitch feel 'slapped' at some silly comment the problem are in her head.
