@trainoutpain oooh...I'm gonna have to start doing that. My PFS hasn't flared up since I started using minimalist running shoes, but always good to have extra tools to utilize.
Laird is the big dude in the white t-shirt doing dumbbell burpees at the end of the video. He's also the best big wave surfer in the world. Check out his book "Laird Hamilton: Force of Nature", it's very informative and inspirational.
@meatus12 Thanks. I thought so too but looks more like a stationary exercise unit. Basicly the same without the rotation. Looks more functional. Spasm relief and exercise.

they use golf balls to roll out the bottoms of the feet. It loosens up fascia and has a chain reaction effect of loosening up the whole back side.
