I have a carbon fiber trc for my 2005 r6... The insert is out but it's still not loud enough for my liking.. Any suggestions?

Hey I just bought a carbon TRC slip on for my ER6N and I'm having troubles fitting the low volume insert IN. it seems to be a VERY tight fit - scraping the aluminium rings of the insert.
Help please. :)
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Only 3 days fitted. I have contacted my supplier and they have requested photos which they will forward to you guys. Must be our tough Aussie conditions over here...haha

After watching your video I decided to do this this and after one ride the carbon at the outlet is bubbled and peeling. I now wish I hadn't.

@grrayt I have not heard of that happening. How long have you had the muffler? Contact our sales department at 1-800-634-9166 and speak to one of our representatives, they can help you out.

do you then put the black rubber cap and the screw back in? or keep them removed with the baffle? thanks !

@htse009 The screw stays out with the baffle. We recommend putting the black rubber cap back on. This prevents dirt, water, and other particles from entering the hole and provides a finished appearance.
