Soo, I've been watching QUITE a bit of naruto lately, which inspired this makeup tutorial. Makeup used:
Maybellene stylish smokes: amythst 06
Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner
Maybellene line stilleto liquid eyeliner
Used paint brust for "winged" application.
