It's sad to see how so many men missed the point of this word. It's not about the physical. It's about the heart. Man judges by the outward appearance but God doesn't. That's why men keep missing it. This just shows where you are with your walk with God. If this is a struggle for you, then you are in your flesh. It's really not that deep what he's saying but it had to be said.
