Computer from 1986 being still awesome after all these years. Special thanks to geoffnet for his Mario Paint version that inspired this, and helped me get a better handle on how the parts actually go.

I apologize for the video quality; the camera I used for this didn't have an adjustable shutter speed, so I couldn't make it match the monitor's sync rate and avoid those dumb scrolling black-black-ed-ness...es.

  • Ah Deluxe Music. A program way ahead of everything that was out there back in 1986! Some Corrections: The Amiga1000 came out in August 1985. Also, how come you don't have the keyboard highlights on?

  • @jci10 I didn't know there was such a feature? I had literally just gotten the program from a friend at the time who also happened to own an A1000 and didn't have time to learn all the ins and outs. Also, the "1986" refers to when this unit was made. February, according to the label. Came with the 1.1 disks.

  • Great Job ! Is this Deluxe Music ?

  • It is indeed.

  • Can you make this in melody assistant?

  • Probably, but I don't have it.

  • In the next 25 years, most XBOX 360 will probably not work properly. But ... I'll bet your AMIGA is still alive!

  • sooo... this is like the best song ever...

  • where can I get it for my Amiga?

  • You have pleased me. Also thank you. The Mario paint version had some real timing issues.

  • Electronic Arts published some very nice tools for Amiga :D

  • CAKE IS A LIE.

  • 4 voices, no analog filter in Paula.....

I'd rather have 3 voices WITH analog filter in my SID.

Although Amiga has the upper hand on samples sounds.

    great arrangement btw.

  • The golden years! was magical!

  • I still have an Amiga 1200 and it's still kicking, great to see the original model still going strong. But WinUAE is pretty cool too!
