We stopped in Minot so Coop could swim in a pool. On our way out of town we came across the Scandinavian Heritage Center which celebrates the contributions of the 5 Scandinavian countries, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland, to this part of the country. It really helped us tie the whole trip together. Where else in the US can you see an old windmill and a giant toy horse in the same place.
