Short flight around the garden with my ESky Belt CP. Too cold to fly for more than a few minutes though.

  • nice piloting how long have you been trying/flying heli's?

  • Bought a BCX2 summer of 2007, followed by a HoneybeeFP just before Xmas 07. 6ch Helis for about 8 months. Probably managed to fly a couple of batteries a week on average, weekends only.

  • Is that stock gyro & servos? Nice hover m8.

  • Apart from the tail servo which is a Futaba (can't remember which), it's all stock Esky stuff, including rate Gyro. I had a Telebee HH gyro on it at first but couldn't get it to hold properly.

  • "Too cold to fly for more than a few minutes though?"

just get a battery level indicator with alarm and you can time your flight perfectly ;-)

  • No need, when my fingers have gone numb, then it's time to land :-P
