as for drawing Doom out,batman can try to draw Doom out,if he can get past the Doombots.

Superman is expendable. They could easily get Alan Scott or some other strong, superpowerful guy for Batman to exploit. Besides, I am not even mentioning Bat's REALLY good tech. Not Doom level tech, but really really good stuff.
Batman is the ultimate prepper, he would know the difference between a Doombot and the genuine article.
