I had that problem, in game go to the screen settings and set the any value there to 0, mine was the briteness +3, set it to 0 and perfect.

man dont feel bad I have the same problem......I figured out how to make it stop the white screen b4 u click race.....in settings make it 480p BUT it still goes slow and does what it does at the race. I am using the GDsx sse4.1 plugin for mine and I STILL have problems with it goin slow and freezing. I got a good system also. I can run ANY demanding game out there today with it but im havin problems with this.

get gdsx for better graphics and speed (u can use sse4.1) look at my vid ;)

your settings are pretty mutch the same as mine , but you got to get another graphics plugin .

and try pcsx public beta , it works better and u get the gdsx plugin with it shipped in :).
