Why would Arpaio debate Saban,they are not even in the same arena or league. Arpaio has made a huge change in the criminal justice system. I live in Liberal County our district attorney and the sheriff defer jail time and release thieves, robbers and drug addicts out the back door. Its a real shame, my confused friend.
