Roadmap to Apartheid explores in detail the apartheid comparison as it is used in the enduring Israel-Palestine conflict. As much an historical document of the rise and fall of apartheid, the film shows us why many Palestinians feel they are living in an apartheid system today, and why an increasing number of people around the world agree with them.

@karmagal God and heritage are not mutually exclusive. You can have more than one at a time, in fact everyone does, even if it's agnostic. These two things are not related at all so what a bizarre statement it is for you to make. If you feel christian first, good luck with that. But you have to face facts that the worst atrocities are in the name of god. Both past and present and my guess, future.

@karmagal And it's not a competition between god and heritage. If someone asks me what I am, I don't respond with believer or christian or catholic, I respond appropriately with Italian. I'm Italian. I'm an American citizen. I identify with no religion as they murder in the name of god. I'm a recovering catholic (well into my 25th year) and doing great. I have a built in moral compass and inherent compassion. I don't need fire and brimstone to keep me honest and decent. I have a soul.

@MasterJoshuaSeven Well, that's sweet, but if you attempt to get a passport, you don't apply for one as a christian. You apply as an American. This actually explains a lot and is really funny. You're defending Israel's rights to slaughter Palestinians because according to your "beliefs" (not truth, but belief, there's a profound difference) all jews need to be in Israel (Jerusalem) to perish before the second coming can happen. You're beliefs require all jews must die.

@karmagal The big expense the jews imposed on the Palestinians is the loss of their land, their lives, there way of commerce, their ability to have access to food, water, education and most of all FREEDOM and SOVEREIGNTY on their own land. That's how. How old are you? Maybe I'm asking to much of you. Not taking a shot, it's a sincere question.

@MasterJoshuaSeven OMG, you're thick or just resistant because it doesn't fit your "story". Those countries weren't created for Muslims. Those countries are inhabited by Saudi Arabians, Iranians, etc. who some of which are muslims. Not all are. Jews always consider themselves jews, even if they don't practice. "I'm a jew, but I don't follow the religion" is the claim. Then you're not a jew. Whether Saudis or Iranians practice their religion has no bearing on them being Saudi or Iranian.

@MasterJoshuaSeven It's propaganda. That's the truth. Hamas wants the Israeli boot off the throats of the Palestinians. Are the extreme? No doubt. I do not condone violence under any circumstances, however I expect it when people are being forced to live under the conditions the Palestinians are forced to live under, courtesy of Israel. Hamas isn't the problem It's the result of hideous oppression being carried out by Israel and it's IDF for more than 40 years. So, yes, I expect this.

@karmagal Again it's not an occupation. You know, this entire time I've never mentioned anything about God giving the Jews any kind of right to the land. My argument has been that Israel is a legitimate country by earthly standards, by the standards with which every other country claims legitimacy. You're the one who keeps bringing God.
