I still love these shows as I did when they were new. I was 14 at the time but I think I enjoy the "better ones" more these days. The acting was pretty damn good and some of the guest stars became some of the best in Hollywood. Considering they were shot on a very low budget I think Mr. Stefano did a great job.

I remember watching The Outer Limits as a youngster, really gave me the creeps. Still does, to this day, especially the O.B.I.T. episode.

Cliff Robertson, the star of the pilot episode, just passed away a few days ago, at the age of 88.

@frizzlefrap yea way out was kind of a low budget twilight zone with morbid stories one had fritz weaver an actor from the twilight zone and fail safe in a missle silo [watch, type in: damnation alley peppard/ in youtube for a similar story ]

was pretty close to when jfk was assasinated ...... Outer Limits was an amazing show that kept the mind open for kids, and adults. could never get enough of the original show. there was also a short lived series called "way out" and remember just one show from that but was a memorable one.

I remember this one, was 13 years old at the time, next day in school me and my nerdy friends were talking about the outer limits.
Excellent stories, too bad it was so low budget but it still was a very good show.

OL went far beyond classic stuff and it did it well too. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of its time.....can't say the same for today's FAKE sci-fi shows! :)
