    Yes bro, save yourself now and listen to some real death metal, not this mockery. Most people cant tell the difference between appearance and content and these guys make full use of that. Just make it look like death metal and have the sounds of death metal... for most people that is death metal. It could be basically the same structure and depth as a pop song but it will get lapped up (like you seem to have lapped it up). Enjoy your AIDS!

    The Opeth formula is radio rock / alternative rock with metal (initially black metal, later `progressive` (lol) metal) aesthetic, not death metal. Bloodbath is just the extension of that idea to death metal, an attempt to widen the market a bit. I mean, if you are a tin eared 14 year old with no taste I suppose it sounds cool.
