@josefmd It's not a sequential. The transmission has dog gears installed. All it means is the gears are stronger so you can beat the ever loving crap out of them and perform clutchless shifts.

No, its the transmission. Most race cars have cut gears.

i dont know a lot about the group N cars but arent they supposed to be production level cars and not modified?

Yes, they are based on the production cars, but they have limited modifications. Coil overs, seq trannys, full roll gages, etc.
